The ultrasonic glass reactor differs from traditional double-layer glass reactors by featuring an intelligent numerical control ultrasonic generator, specifically designed for mixing reactions in laboratory materials. Unlike conventional models, it effectively crushes a variety of materials, including animal and plant cells as well as virus cells, expanding its application range and enhancing the acceleration of chemical reactions.

This reactor includes a large-screen display for centralized control via a microcomputer, allowing for adjustable ultrasonic gap time and power. It features sample temperature control, actual frequency display, automatic frequency tracking, and fault alarms. The double-layer design includes inlets and outlets for both material and coolant, enabling compatibility with constant temperature baths. The material cup and horn utilize a union joint for easy loading and unloading, and the cup can be removed for use as a standard ultrasonic pulverizer, accommodating small processing capacities.

Ultrasonic vibrating rod

The ultrasonic vibration rod is a device that harnesses the alternating pressure phases of ultrasonic wave transmission. During the positive phase, it compresses medium molecules, increasing their density, while the negative phase creates a sparse, discrete molecular arrangement, reducing density. This rod generates ultrasonic waves uniformly in all directions (360°), ensuring consistent energy output that remains unaffected by variations in liquid level, temperature, or other conditions.
