The jacketed glass reactor is essential for experiments in material synthesis, distillation, concentration, and separation. This innovative reactor features a dual-layer design, comprising an inner and outer layer. Circulation fluid can be injected into the outer layer to precisely control material temperature. By utilizing thermostatic hot-melt or cooling media, the reactor maintains constant temperature while facilitating effective mixing.

For optimal experimental conditions, the reactor can be operated under negative pressure, allowing for controlled material instillation through a constant pressure funnel or regulating valve. Additionally, the condenser's heat exchange function enables efficient distillation and collection, making this jacketed glass reactor an ideal choice for laboratory applications and chemical processes.
