The jacketed glass reactor is ideal for material synthesis, distillation, concentration, and separation experiments. Featuring an inner and outer layer, it allows circulation fluid to adjust the material temperature effectively. By injecting thermostatic hot-melt or cooling media, the reactor maintains a constant temperature while also providing mixing capabilities.

For experimental conditions, it can be operated under negative pressure, and material feeding can be controlled using a constant pressure funnel or regulating valve. Distillation and collection are facilitated by the condenser's heat exchange function, making it essential for modern chemical processing and research applications.

Various stirrers

The stirrer is constructed from 316L stainless steel wrapped in a PTFE coat, offering excellent corrosion resistance. (316L stainless steel is optional.) The stirring blade is fully customizable, and we provide a range of blade shapes to meet your specific needs. This design ensures durability and versatility for a variety of laboratory and industrial applications
